Hessonite Garnet Goldsmithing Ring

Garnets are a lovely group of gemstones coming in many different colors, with this Hessonite beauty showcasing amber hues. Set in buttery yellow gold this ring features a half round ring shank that compliments all the luscious curves of the gem. 

This ring is made in the fine tradition of goldsmithing, where the alloy is melted and poured into an ingot, which is then milled into sheet and drawn into wire. The metal is then sawn, formed, and soldered into a ring. Once polished the gemstone is set for a beautiful finish.
